About Us

John E. Henegar, CPA, CMA, CGMA

John began his professional career with the Internal Revenue Service rising to the position of senior grade Agent. John has served as CFO for private companies in the construction and real estate industries and tax partner in a regional CPA firm.  John‘s clients include closely held businesses and their owners in a variety of industries. Not only active in tax planning and compliance, John is also equipped to represent clients in examinations by taxing authorities. 

Carol L. Green, CPA

Carol has spent most of her professional life in the tax practice of a regional CPA firm where she served a variety of high net worth individual clients and their businesses. When away from public accounting early in her career Carol was a manager in the accounting department of a publicly traded bank in upstate New York.  Carol’s professional reputation is marked by her technical expertise and commitment to personal client service.  


Sean T. Stallings, CPA

Sean moved to Chattanooga from middle Tennessee after completing his degree in accounting. Sean obtained his CPA license while practicing at a small private firm and then advanced as a manager in a regional CPA firm. Along the way Sean has served as controller for a successful real estate and home building firm. He also specializes in tax compliance and tax planning for businesses and their owners. Over the past several years, Sean has successfully represented his clients in tax examinations by the IRS.
